Dr. James E. Jernigan has been with Cold Harbor Family Medicine since 1995. His undergraduate degree is from Davidson College and he attended medical school at the University of Florida. Dr. Jernigan served his internship at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia and completed his residency at the University of Florida.
