Dr. Thomas D. Blake has been with Virginia Physicians since 1984 and a part of Cold Harbor Family Medicine since 2000. Dr. Blake received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and attended Medical School at the University of Virginia. He served his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
