Janet C. Horton, RN, MS, FNP, has been with Cold Harbor Family medicine since 2003. She earned undergraduate degrees from East Carolina University and J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. Janet later received a Masters of Science, Nursing, from the Medical College of Virginia.
