Kara Foster-Weiss, FNP, is a native of Richmond and attended the nursing program at Richmond Memorial Hospital where she received her RN in 1984. She is also a graduate of the Nurse Practitioner Program at Virginia Commonwealth University which Kara completed in 1998. She is board certified by the ANCC.
