Dr. Philip Morrissette, III, is a native of Midlothian, VA, and graduated from Washington and Lee University before attending the University of Virginia Medical School where he received his M.D. in 1976. He was board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice in 1979 after completing a three year residency in Family Practice at Riverside Hospital In Newport News, VA. He is the son of Dr. William P. Morrissette, Jr. He and his wife Patsy, have a son and two daughters.
